Jody Beeck is Oliver Medical's customer service manager, and oversees improvement projects on behalf of external and internal customers.
Oliver Medical customers count on Jody and her team to assist with business coordination tasks including order processing, expediting, quotation preparation and coordination of new projects. Jody oversees improvement initiatives such as Vendor Managed Inventory programs, dock-to-stock programs, and cost-reduction projects on behalf of customers. She also works with other Answer Team members to ensure customers' needs are being met.
Jody holds a BS in business administration. She joined Oliver in 2003.
Lora Keena is Oliver Medical's director of QA/RA and is responsible for initial FDA and ISO registration, inspection, and compliance for US and European facilities. Lora's areas of expertise include international auditing; quality systems; and supplier, product, and process validation. She has extensive experience and proficiency in FDA cGMP, QSR, MDD, FDA and ISO 13485 registration and inspections, 510(k) pre-market notification, international medical device registrations, supplier management and related regulatory affairs.
Lora was previously president of Regulatory Consulting Services; director of QA/RA at Inrad, Inc.; and director of QA/RA at LMI Medical, which was subsequently purchased by Tyco.
Geoff Pavey, principal engineer/
packaging development, is responsible for technical service and support, and material and product development. As a member of the Oliver Answer Team, Geoff helps deliver Oliver OnSite customer and application consultation services.
Geoff's areas of expertise include medical device packaging development, testing, and regulations. He belongs to several professional organizations and is a member of the AMMI: ISO 11607 TIR 22 workgroup and the IoPP medical device packaging technical committee and sub-committees.
Geoff holds a BS, packaging. He has been with Oliver Medical for more than 16 years.
Toni Richardson is Oliver Medical's operations director. She has experience and expertise with all aspects of manufacturing, including lean production and developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures. She manages a multi-disciplined team—including materials, planning, maintenance, graphics, engineering and operations—that serves large business customers and consistently exceeds on-time delivery expectations. Toni also coordinates and responds to complex customer requests, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
Before joining Oliver, Toni was operations manager at Herman Miller; manufacturing coordinator at GM-Delphi; and manufacturing supervisor at Invacare.
Toni holds a BS, psychology, and an MA in industrial management and technology.
Randy Troutman is Oliver Medical's technical director, leading Oliver's engineering resources. His areas of expertise include medical device packaging (testing, validation, standards and compliance) and ISO 11607 compliance.
Randy joined Oliver in 2006, having worked previously for Smith & Nephew, Medtronic, and Kimberly Clark. He holds a BS, packaging, and an MBA.
Randy is a member of the IoPP medical device packaging committee. He has published several articles in industry publications and is frequently asked to speak at professional conferences.
Kevin Zacharias, engineering program manager, manages Oliver OnSite package engineering services; he is also responsible for project management of new product development. His areas of expertise include medical package design and validation, process validation, simulated distribution testing, in-line printing systems for TFFS machines, ISO 11607 compliance, and cost savings analysis.
Before joining Oliver, Kevin worked as manager of packaging development at Baxter Healthcare, and as packaging engineer at Boehringer Mannheim (Roche) Diagnostics.
Kevin holds a BS, packaging, and an MBA; he is a member of IoPP.
