FAQ: How can I lower my packaging costs without fear of compromising quality?

&A: Outsource your final inspections to a packaging supplier that inspects to ANSI/ASQ Z-1.4 and Z-1.9 sampling plans and performs inspections for both incoming component and final product.

When the supplier performs independent final QC inspections, the MDM benefits from reduced inspection costs and supplier surveillance, and receives known acceptable quality levels (AQLs) of every lot with supporting documentation.

Many Oliver Medical customers choose to have Oliver perform their incoming inspections before the products are shipped; Oliver certifies the lots to the agreed-upon inspection level and sends the certificate of analysis and supporting data with each shipment.
